The IRS determined our organization is exempt from federal income tax under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3) as a public charity (IRC 170(b)(1)(A)(vi)). Our tax-exempt status was reinstated effective November 15, 2023 under Revenue Procedure 2014-11.
